Kings Mall, Hammersmith, London

A rather rundown 1970’s shopping centre on a 7 acre site was repositioned and a refreshed shopping experience was implemented that led to leading retailer H&M taking a prime unit.  Working with architects we were able to entirely reinvigorate the Mall and surrounding area. We entered into a JV with St Georges PLC to create a new car park and over 400 apartments, before selling the centre to Schroders PLC.
