Two industrial properties, both with Canal frontage. Through successful strategy and planning, we gained consent on one site for a circa 200 student bed scheme, and a circa 150 apartment and office scheme on the other. The creation of these assets substantially improved the area and place making as part of the Kings Cross regeneration. Each site was forward sold to end users.
