02 Retail and Leisure Centre, Finchley

A previously unloved 250,000 sq ft retail and leisure centre on the Finchley Road, London NW3. The site was dominated by Sainsburys, a Vue cinema, Virgin Fitness, several restaurants and a substantial 7 acre car park. We worked with a planning and design team to review the complex and created  a masterplan for a revitalised car park alongside an improved customer experience within the centre. The property was sold to Land Securities plc.
